Center for Land & Water [1]

The Trust for Public Land's Center for Land&Water is helping to lead the way in the use of land conservation to protect water quality. The Center for Land&Water provides these services:

1) Publishes research, reports, handbooks, and guides on watershed conservation strategies and best practices. [2]

2) Collaborates with other organizations to support land and water initiatives by: planning and participating in conferences, developing outreach materials, and working with others on various projects to align conservation efforts. [3]

3) Helps communities develop plans for their watersheds that use land conservation to protect or improve water quality or water-related recreational access. [4]

4) Provides information about why land conservation is critical for protecting water quality. [5]
